The iconic Ray’s Diner is a local favorite eating spot — known as much for patrons gathering to share news and views of Excelsior Springs as it is for its cheeseburgers, chili and fries. The small restaurant, established in 1932, plays big on history. Visitors delight in the historic photos, local historic newspaper pages under the glass counter top, and retro decor.
