If you like the great outdoors, Excelsior Springs has several bike and walking trails that traverse our park system and connect people to nature and healthy living. Our 18-hole golf course is considered one of the best in Kansas City area. Beautiful parks include gazebo shelters, tables, BBQ grills, playground equipment, restrooms, nature areas and fishing lakes.

We have a public tennis court, basketball hoops and skate park. The school campus boasts a quality baseball complex (host your tournament here), football stadium to rival that of a college or university, and a unique Miracle Field which serves children and young adults with special needs, a program developed with help from the YMCA’s Challenger Program. Minutes travel time will take you to Show-Me Ziplines for more outdoor adventure.
