Fall Festival Vendor Application

For your convenience, use our online application and submit payment through PayPal. Application fee is $50 prior to September 15, 2019 and $75 after. Booth size is approximately 10×10. You will be responsible to bring your own tables, chairs, table coverings, skirtings, etc. The Vendor is responsible for tents/awnings. This is a rain or shine event, so a tent is highly recommended. All wineries, breweries and food vendors will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses from the State and Clay County for sampling and sales.
