Promotion Committee Celebrates Chocolate Tour Success

The Downtown Excelsior Partnership Promotion Committee got together for their first meeting following the Chocolate Tour on February 4th. The group was able to share some ideas about what seemed to work well and items that will be changed or included in the next year!

It truly was a great day in Downtown Excelsior Springs bringing 400 individuals to town. Of those 400 individuals over 70% were from out of town and many had never been to Excelsior Springs before. We have tracked thatmany have already returned to our community to further enjoy our amazing little historic town.

We could not have these kinds of successes without the hard work of our volunteers! We appreciate their efforts so very much! If you see some of our volunteers out and about, make sure to thank them for the hard work they are putting in to making this downtown a better place to be!
