Request for Proposal – Videography Services
The Downtown Excelsior Partnership has released a Request for Proposals for videography services. They are seeking a specific video series for marketing of Downtown Excelsior Springs.
The Downtown Excelsior Partnership, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, is in need of videography services for marketing purposes and is now accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal in order to find a qualified source to provide these videography services. DEP’s goal is create a professional video series to be used in Downtown Excelsior Springs promotion materials.
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value to the Downtown Excelsior Partnership. While price is a significant factor, other criteria will form the basis of our award decision, as more fully described in the Evaluation Factors section of the RFP.
DEP encourages all qualified professionals to complete a proposal and submit it to DEP Executive Director, Lyndsey M. Baxter, on or before December 1st, 2017. Limitations and scope of work are included in the full RFP which can be downloaded below or on www.VisitExcelsior.com.
