The Downtown Excelsior Partnership, Inc. (DEP) has recently completed the 2023 Videography Procurement Project will Jason Cole of Sticky Wicket Media and Excelsior Citizen. This project was funded by DEP with the assistance of Clay County ARPA Tourism Marketing Matching Grant funds!
