We are a full service bed and breakfast on the weekends. Monday through Thursday we provide lodging with continental style breakfast.
We have four separate suites and offer any combination of nightly rentals, Guest House rental (3 rooms) or whole property rental (4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living area).
Formerly a jailhouse and home to legendary police Chief Bill Payne, the B&B property offers three guest suites. Our suites are situated in the Guest House, located just behind the “Big House”. The Guest House was originally built in 1945 to house Chief Payne’s 1945 Plymouth police car.
Cleanliness and hospitality is our number one priority. We ensure our guests leave feeling rejuvenated. You’re invited daily at the dining room for a scrumptious breakfast. Then, we invite you to write on our “wall of fame”!
Our bed and breakfast has some history, but we want our guests to stay connected with the modern world. We provide free WiFi and HD television via streaming internet.
We are located in the heart of Excelsior Springs. Restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions are just a step away! We are located next to a new, landscaped pocket park and right across the street from the local Chamber of Commerce.
Rates starting at $89/night weekday rate and $129/night weekend rate. Special rates for business travelers who do not require breakfast start at $79 on weekdays.
