Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery is situated on a 323 Acre farm rising up out of the Missouri River Valley made up of sedimentary rock layers along with Bethany falls limestone. Shamrock Hills opened its doors to the public on April 1st, 2023.
Owners Denise and Mike Riley vision is for guests to come in and try their wines, enjoy the views, the camaraderie, and stay for the afternoon sharing stories and memories along the way. It’s worth the drive on the back roads of Excelsior Springs! The Vineyard was planted in the Spring of 2023 with 3600 vines across 11 acres with an additional 400 vines planted in 2024. While our estate continues to grow, we have partnered with many Missouri vineyards to produce grapes. We are currently making our 3rd vintage of wines. Our first 2 vintages received recognition from the 2023 and 2024 Missouri Governor’s Cup.
The Ranch is an Event Venue specializing in weddings, but we also welcome other events. We are a weekend wedding venue allowing couples to truly enjoy their weekend vs. rushing to get everything done in one day. Our wedding season runs from April-October. We have a cabin on property–that sleeps 10 that we rent through EVOLVE when we aren’t hosting weddings. Couples stay on property during their wedding weekend.
