For two decades, the Downtown Excelsior Partnership, Inc. has worked alongside business owners, property owners, volunteers, community partners and local leaders to preserve, strengthen and revitalize our historic downtown.

This anniversary is more than a celebration of how far we’ve come. It is a celebration of the community behind that progress and the possibilities still ahead.
