Uncork & Unwind At The 20th Annual Wine Festival

Whether you are a seasoned wineaux or still figuring out the difference between Moscato and Merlot, this wine tasting event is for you!  Wine novices are able to learn more about wines and sample from a comprehensive selection in all varieties, style and price ranges.  Wine aficionados enjoy meeting winemakers, asking detailed questions and acquiring Missouri wine selections.

Wine Tastings
You’ll have the opportunity to sample over 85 wines from 20 different Missouri wineries, and meet with the owners who have made Missouri famous in the American Wine Market.  You will also have the ability to experience Missouri made craft brews and talk directly to the Brewery Owners and Brewmasters.

Tickets

There are multiple ticket options for this year’s event that create optional elevated experiences.  Below is a list of available ticket options.

Free Standard Tasting Ticket – Volunteer to receive a free tasting ticket to this year’s event! Sign up released in May.

Standard Ticket – $40
This ticket includes access to the wine festival grounds from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, wine samples, a souvenir tasting glass and the option to buy additional wine by the glass, bottle or case.

VIP Ticket – $50
Beat the crowd with early access! This ticket includes access to the wine festival grounds from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, wine samples, a souvenir tasting glass and wine bag and the option to buy additional wine by the glass, bottle or case.

General Admission Ticket (Non Sampling) – $10
This ticket includes access to the grounds from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM for those not wishing to sample the wines.

The Winemaker’s Night | An Intimate Evening of Reserve Wines & Culinary Pairings – $90
Experience an unforgettable evening of wine, conversation, and culinary pairing inside the historic Hall of Waters in Downtown Excelsior Springs.

This limited-ticket Friday night experience invites guests to slow down and savor a more intimate side of Missouri wine country alongside some of the region’s most respected wineries, including Fence Stile Vineyards, Winery & Distillery, Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery, Van Till Family Farm Winery, and Willow Spring Mercantile.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy thoughtfully curated tastings of reserve and estate wines paired with elevated small bites designed to complement each pour. More than simply a tasting, this experience offers the opportunity to connect directly with the winemakers and vineyard teams as they share stories of their vineyards, grape varietals, winemaking techniques, and the art of pairing food with wine.

Set within one of Excelsior Springs’ most iconic historic spaces, this elegant gathering is designed for wine lovers seeking a refined, relaxed, and personal experience before Saturday’s Wine Festival festivities begin.
