Whether you spell it BBQ, Barbeque or Barbecue, it’s the taste of America. The BBQ & Fly-In on the River is back for year 25 in the heart of our community, DOWNTOWN EXCELSIOR SPRINGS!
Mark your calendars and join us Friday, August 15th through Saturday, August 16th while over 50 Competition BBQ Teams compete to take home the trophy! This year’s annual competition will feature some of the top pitmasters in the nation battling it out in the rugged competition, the aromas of meat filling the air, great music, food trucks, beer, and so much more! It’s promising fun for the entire family!
