Nothing says Valentine’s Day quite like chocolate! When you purchase a ticket you can sample scrumptious sweet treats at over 25 participating locations and have all day access to the trolley!
You can expect to enjoy taste of Chocolate Caramel, Glorious Fudge, Gourmet Hot Chocolate, Butterscotch, Coconut, Chocolate Butter, Dipped Chocolate, White Chocolate, Cherry, Chocolate Amaretto, Smores and more!

The Roarin’ 20’s Are Back Again!
Each year we travel back in time to its golden age, the Roarin’ 20’s! Come experience a celebration that explores the culture and history of the early years through street artists, demonstrations, live music, original poetry, vintage cars, fashion and more!

Wine Festival
June 13th
Uncork & Unwind At The 14th Annual Wine Festival
Whether you are a seasoned wineaux or still figuring out the different between Moscato and Merlot, the Wine Festival is for you! This premier destination event places Missouri wineries and their famous wines on display in the beautiful outdoor setting of Lover’s Lane.
Tickets include access to sampling wines from 25 different Missouri Wineries, all day access to the trolley, live music and entertainment and so much more!

Waterfest
June 26th & 27th
The Waterfest Celebration is an annual event that celebrates the city’s mineral water heritage with a weekend full of music, activities, food and fun!
Downtown transforms into a festival grounds. In the air are the sounds of kids laughing as they slide and bounce around the inflatable playground or take a pony ride. The smell of funnel cake and BBQ waft through the air. Vendors line the streets. A community parade. Live music entertains and as the sun settles, you’ll paus for a spectacular fireworks display.

BBQ & Fly-In on the River

Smoke Em’ If You Got Em’
Whether you spell it BBQ, Barbeque or Barbecue, it’s the taste of American and the BBQ & Fly-In on the River is coming back to the streets of Historic Downtown Excelsior Springs for it’s 20th year!
Mark your calendars and join us while 72 Competition BBQ Teams compete to take home the trophy! This competition will feature some of the top pitmasters in the nation battling it out in the rugged competition. The aromas of meat filling the air, great music, food, beer, cornhole tournaments, a BBQ Calcutta, the City’s largest fireworks display and so much more! It’s promising fun for the entire family!

Expect the unexpected at the abandoned swimming pool and this 1940’s spa of healing. Anomalies have been seen in photos, such as shadows and figures when no one else is in sight!
